Went there for the buffet just as an easy lunch with variety because my 2 year old is pretty picky now. The things they did have were good but they were out of alot of things. She loves the little chicken fried steaks and they never had any the entire time we were there.
Great staff. Wings were so dry you couldn't eat them. 4:00pm might not be a good time to pick up fresh cooked. Think they cooked these for lunch?
Wow. The buffet was so nasty with spilled food, it was disgusting. Most of the pans were empty or nearly so. We had to ask for Mac and cheese. They don't tell people they have to request it. All in all, a less than stellar experience.
Came hear tonight with family got 3 buffet meals, half way threw meal the employs came out and threw food onto garbage without asking if we was done or not.. totally upset, thought this was a good place to stop, guess not..
I'm only here to say that this kfc has the friendliest evening staff. I wish I could remember names. The guy that takes care of window orders has a voice like a radio host, he has always been super nice. There is a girl at the window sometimes who is also incredibly friendly. But the night manager is a younger guy and doesn't talk to you like it's his job, he makes you feel like he genuinely wants to make sure you are taken care of. I went in one night without realizing they were closing in like two minutes. I apologized and was just going to leave, but he assured me it was no big deal. I told him what I wanted, but only if he had it in his warmers, because I didn't want him to have to cook fresh stuff. He was persistent in assuring me that it was no problem at all, and proceeded to cook up fresh chicken and make two potato bowls with as much care as he would have any other time of day. I know he got home later that night because of me, and I hope he knows that his kindness is appreciated.
