The production is quite consistent. If you are looking for a reliable Tex-mex style burrito place; give it a shot. I appreciate the chipotle salsa in any of the rice bowl combos. The staff great you and promptly provide great service. The atmosphere is casual, no high brows here. I’ll be back again, and again.
Barbacoas is my new favorite place to eat. I love the food. It has been very hard to find a place to eat with my strict diet and I was able to chow down here. Customer service was outstanding and reasonably priced as well.
Barbacoas has great food, cool music in atmosphere, the employees are cool and welcoming. One of the few alternatives to fast food chain restaurants in Spearfish.
I'm a local and we love this place. Unless you get one of the daily deals it will be a little more expensive than fast food but it is so much better. They have many toppings and veggies and sauces all made fresh daily. If your new to the Barbacoas experience as for samples and combinations that are popular. It's kind of like Subway but with burritos and tacos. They have vegetarian options and vegan as well. Great place, great food.
