The room is absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained. As a former housekeeper, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Everyone is very friendly. But...I give the biggest kudos to Brandon. Very helpful, friendly and just...well...he needs 5 gold stars and a raise!
Brandon, the overnight desk clerk, was friendly and accommodating. He knew my story, and did all he could to help me for the two nights I was homeless. He was patient with getting a hold of my friend who was paying. While waiting for a credit card from said friend, he allowed me to sit in the breakfast room, so I wouldn't freeze outside. This man has a heart of gold!
The service was very friendly and the room very comfortable... only 4 stars because the door to our room was broken, so it was a little inconvenient but this that stuff happens and the staff was great in helping us with to overcome the problem
This is a great place for a reasonable price. I'm especially thankful that they had free WiFi and did not charge extra for the kids!
Our rooms were recently updated. Continental breakfast was good (waffles, oatmeal, donuts, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.). Front desk staff were not extremely outgoing, but did their job. Beds were comfortable and the TV reception was clear, though the Wifi signal was weak on our end of the building. It looks a little odd like it was an old motel with doors on the outside, but they were all accessible from the inside hallway. Our room was on the the second floor which was only accessible from the inside, so I'm not sure if the first floor rooms were even accessible from the outside or if they were sealed off.
