everytime we go in there and do one thing, say add a line or what ever it is we need to do. they sale us a great deal on new phones, "oh you guys can get the buy one get one free deal for $100" so wait tell pay day, go in to get our "great deal" and they say oh youll need a $500 dollor deposit, add a line and put a down payment down on the new phones, so guess what at&t i am now in the market for a new carrier!!
I give it a 5 star because it's a friendly welcome when you walk through the door. Very helpful employees.
Terrible customer service, this store has caused a huge problem with switching devices on my account to reflect nothing I actually own. Frustrating!
