I definitely enjoyed doing business with Eugene and Jeneen at Mack's auto body shop. We ran our insurance claim right through with them with AAA and it was seamless. They were always respectful and I could tell they took customer service seriously. I would've rated them a 5/5 because it was 5/5 work, but it took a little too long. I had just finished my business with them and Jeneen was telling me they were overwhelmed with deer collisions in the latter part of November and early December which I totally understand. I would recommend this business to anyone and especially if you need to run your car through insurance or if you need other services done in Spearfish. They were extremely professional, and I never had an unpleasant experience with them over the last couple of months.

They quickly fixed up my Jeep and it looked wonderful. They were conscientious of my time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. To top it off, they went WAY above and beyond and cleaned/detailed the interior of my car which had nothing to do with what I brought it in for. They guaranteed their work and worked directly with my Progressive insurance. High quality service, small town care. Highly recommend!
