Honestly, I dread car shopping and “high pressure” salespeople (who wants to deal with that!?). Also, I usually don’t write reviews. I feel compelled to share my experience with Nick Pierce at White’s Queen City Motors. From start to finish, Nick provided exceptionally friendly and professional service with lots of unexpected and cool gestures. He attentively listened and addressed all my questions, needs and concerns. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to buy a vehicle. Nick truly made the entire process pleasant, easy and painless. Nothing to dread here! Thank you Nick for the great experience!!!
This car dealership is hassle free and no pressure. It was great. I didn't feel like I HAD to buy the vehicle we were interested in. Jamie let us drive around the 2008 TC Van with no worries. He was honest about his knowledge of the vehicle, if he didn't know something he wasn't trying to pretend to know. It was definitely a different experience, in a positive way.
I recently had my very first accident by hitting a deer head on, while on my way to work. I decided to go to Nick while considering my options on whether to get a new vehicle or do the repairs to my current one. The Nick took the time to listen to the situation, regarding all the fine details and then worked with his boss to work out a deal on that would work for my situation. He then took the time to look up the criteria I needed met for my living style. Even though I was not able to get a newer vehicle; Nick and the finance team fought with multiple banks to try and help me. This dealership team, especially Nick went above and beyond what they needed too, and I wanted to thank him and those that were involved, from the bottem of my heart. because of the great service and friendly staff, I am highly considering using their service dept. to help with at least part if not all the repairs of the my vehicle, instead of doing these repairs myself. (Like I normally do.) When I next consider/am able to upgrade my vehicle I will certainly have Nick, and the White Queen's City team at the top of my list when I start looking again. Thank you again for everything Nick and the rest of the staff did to help me figure out what I needed to do, and getting my answers when things did not work out for me. I will see you again when the time is right to try again. Top of my list.
Sending out flyers claiming you win to waste 5 minutes and give you a gift card. I'm actually looking to buy a new vehicle so at first it was a good way to get me in. But those sales methods to say you won an item then hand you a gift card saying you didn't actually win will make me never purchase a vehicle from them. A 5 dollar gift card at that.
I want to thank Nick Pierce. You worked hard to help me find vehicles that were with in my price range, fit my needs, and that were safe and reliable. You went the extra mile to help me get the answers I needed regarding my situation. Thank you for listening.
