Recently I took 2 separate vehicles to Whites Canyon Ford for servicing. 3 individual Appointments were scheduled for different types of service and/or adjustment. After each individual trip to Whites, the services were completed in a very professional manner and all additional issues were discussed with me prior to that service being completed.
We were tourist's in distress when we limped into Whites on Friday at noon of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally week. Although they were unable to get us in for repair til Monday Marc at the repair desk went above and beyond to contact another shop on our behalf which worked out well for us. Additionally, he knew that shop would not have room for our 16' trailer so he allowed us to drop and leave it on their lot. WOW! I'm loving the community of Spearfish S.D.! So nice that this dealership endorses people helping people! Marc, you were an answer to prayer!
In the past I have searched for Goodyear tires for my vehicles and found that Whites also had the very tires I wanted at a much more reasonable price than any other tire store in the area. I don't shop around any more!
We were just passing through town on a long road trip when a large maintence service alert came up on the screen of our f250. Since it was the first time we have seen such a thing come up, we had no idea what to do. We pulled into the dealership thinking we would be tied up for who-knows-how-long. The service man there was fantastic. He knew just what to do and showed us just how to handle these in the future. We were back on our way in minutes. Thanks!
When the vehicle's were finished, I found that not only had they been serviced the way I wanted, but the vehicles had also been washed at no charge. Sweet, I didn't have to go to the car wash.
We were traveling through from Billings a few weeks back in our 2017 Ford Explorer when a CV joint on our front axle went out. Thankfully we were very close to Ford and limped it in after hours. The next day the service team was incredibly helpful and friendly and worked very hard to make sure we got back on the road as quickly as possible. Parts had to be overnighted but once the parts they needed came in, the job got done FAST and they were excellent at keeping us updated every step of the way. I haven't met a better service department anywhere! Thank you guys!!!
