We took our daughter here to the emergency room and had the greatest service. After 4 days in ccmh in Gillette and no for sure answers. Dr. Blaney at Spearfish was very confident of his diagnosis in a timely manner. Great job at Spearfish regional!
Had to make a late night trip to check out a possible staff infection. Was greeted very rudely and, the nurse in disbelief that I would come in late for a case like that. Bedside manner was horrible by the,nurse and the doctor, both of them repeating the phrase "lets get you out of here." I did not feal I was taken seriously and was made to feal unimportant, and they acted like they had,better things to do.
I went down with my bike during the 2017 ralley. The patient care staff and the doctor were all excellent. Prompt professional service.
My mother was diagnosed with cancer, their treatment was one of the worst we've ever seen. I also broke my leg and their form of a payment plan was horrible. Your better and healthier not going.
