Comparing to the ER in Spearfish Regional, it is way faster with much more pleasant workers. I know that the ER is somewhat of a different facility. So far when I've gone in I've been admitted almost right away and had the confidence that I'd be safely cared for and they wouldn't mess up any diagnoses.
Everyone was courteous and friendly as well as professional. Dr. Webb really listens and has great bedside manner. You can easily tell he truly cares about his patients. I will bring my family here anytime we need urgent care!
Very poor design for elderly people--my aunt fell in elevator and suffered fractured clavicle and acromian process while attending dermatology appointment. Staff kind and helpful providing wheelchair and helped her up. No exam done. Wheelchair provided was oversized (despite my aunt being very small) and barely fit into elevator which kept trying to close while we were entering and exiting. Doorway to exit equally as poorly designed. Parking and access for those with physical challenges very poor. Unable to use sidewalk with walker as so many cars park with bumpers extending over it. Will never accept another appointment for her at this clinic.
Very caring doctors and nurses! Super fast. Gorgeous facility.
Horrible just horrible i went in to get help I'm in pain cause my kidney is acting up again and i was told because I don't have insurance (i dont qualify for Medicaid) and don't have money even though I offered my last 20 bucks and then payments,that I would just have to go,so they refused me medical care...way to go guys you just proved what is more important and for showing my daughter (9yr) who is already scared of Drs that the system really don't care....
