I LOVE flows with Jess, and I finally got to try strength with Devon, too. Amazing! Not only are these ladies totally fantastic instructors, but they're awesome people too :) The Hot Room is of course HOT but also immensely welcoming, beautiful, clean, and just full of good feels. I love this place, and I've definitely found my yoga home away from home! ♡
Came up from Vail to visit my grandparents and am so grateful I found this studio and had an amazing practice Thanksgiving morning with an amazing community. The studio had an amazingly inviting atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and energized and it felt like being at my home studio. That was the first time I have practiced with weights and the flow was perfect. Left my fair share of sweat on the mat and it put me in an amazing grateful mood to spend the rest of the day with my family. Thank you Jess for making that a wonderful experience, oh ya and the cold towels and personally fanning at the end was icing on the cake!!! I will come back next time I visit!!

From the music to the energy, it ALL is state of the art, down to earth and one of a kind. You won't be disappointed. I feel amazing each time I finish a session.
Upbeat, friendly environment with very attentive instructors. I very much enjoyed a heated and quiet Tuesday night practice lead by guest instructor Sammy. Definitely recommend trying this place!
Mind blown! I work out 3-4 days a week and this is totally different!! Such a supportive, positive atmosphere and the instructors are wonderful. I can't wait to go back!
